Din arbeidsoppgave blir å booke B2B møter for forsikringsagenter i Norge. Som møtebooker har du den første kontakten med den potensielle nye bedriftskunden, hvor du kartlegger bedriftens behov og deretter legger møtet direkte inn i forsikringsagentens kalender. Forsikringsagenten står selv for salget, så din oppgave blir å tilby et møte mellom agenten og potensiell kunde. Som ansatt hos Infonordic booker du møter for et av nordens ledende forsikringsselskaper, og har derfor gode argumenter for hånden.

 

Forsikring handler om å skape verdi og trygghet, og det er avgjørende med høy kundetilfredshet. Du er derfor kvalitetsbevisst, tillitsvekkende og går inn for å gi kundene en behagelig samtale. In addition, it is your job to ensure that employees continually improve on their abilities. For this reason, as a Team Leader, you will have a professional challenge where your leadership skills will be strengthened, and you will be responsible for the development and coaching of the team.

 

You must have great analytical and communication skills; the ability to effectively handle a large amount of information within tight deadlines; a flair for sales presentation and reporting; proven experience in lead generation within B2B sales; the ability to present and provide business plans for sales teams; experience in creating business intelligence and client portfolio; and the ability to cooperate with, and report to, both the internal management of the company as well as the client.
